Where Is My Order Coming From?
Most in-stock items ship from our AUS warehouse. For international and pre-sale orders, items may be shipped from our global partner locations. You may receive multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers—we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Delivered But Not Received;
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, don’t worry—we’re happy to offer a one-time free replacement.

Wait 48 hours—sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early, and they show up shortly after.

Note: Refunds are not available for orders marked as delivered—only a one-time replacement will be issued.
Refunds;
Once we process your refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
